Can anyone suggest me a free vpn for My Android TV to bypass region lock content in Netflix
It’s very easy to setup a AWS EC server to run OpenVPN software (free if you use 2 connections or less). You can do it on a micro sized virtual and as long as your data is less than 15Gb per month it’s free. If you go over the 15Gb the data rates are pretty low. It all depends on your usage though.
Anything free will be slow and unreliable; even paid VPNs can struggle with Netflix at peak times.
Windscribe is free for so many gb/mo. I think they give 10gb free now tho I have 20/mo somehow from old promo or smth
You’re asking for a lot with free. Free’s not going to get you anywhere near what you want.
try the list of vpns on vpngate
Forget VPN’s they get blocked by Netflix after a while.
I bought this six months ago

Primarily I use going to use it to access DAZN (Canada) but they support Netflix,Disney Plus,HBO Max, Hulu.
Best thing as it’s not a VPN you don’t loose any speed.
And it takes all of 5 seconds to swap Netflix regions (they have quite a few) it doesn’t affect anything else. Just the apps they support. So if you’re in the uk. You can use this and it won’t affect BBC IPlayer etc. Which happens with VPN’s.
For the past 4 years I’ve been using NordVPN. I’ve never had any issues. They’re one of the most reputable VPN’s on the market and it has it’s reasons. User interface is great, changing IP’s is easy, and the price is great if you get a long-term deal.
I’ve negotiated a huge discount with them. Check my profile for the link.
Netflix will detect that you are using a VPN, and will not allow you to watch anything. At least, this has been the case when I have mistakenly left Private Internet Access (VPN) connected and tried to pull up something on Netflix. Regardless of the server I’m connected to.
Nord at the moment of almost unusable, I’m currently going through servers to find one that doesn’t keep blocking me. Think Netflix is ahead of the have when it comes to VPN, esp popular ones like Nord and express
Hola VPN works very well
Anyone use a gps fake app like this title from playstore…com.lexa.fakegps?
I use IP Vanish been using for about 15 months it’s pretty decent.
Windscribe vpn is free and works with CCWGTV
I downloaded openvpn for android to my new chromecast tv. I just can’t find a way to transfer the configuration file needed to connect thought. Can someone direct me in the right direction on how to solve this?
Hola VPN works for me…
Yes, but they are asking to access Netflix overseas using this, and AWS’s entire IP range is identified as a proxy and blocked by Netflix.
I do this on digital ocean - not free but cheap. And a 1-click install.
Which will be the best, among the paid one.
I too have Windscribe I had 20 too I think it was from when they allowed mining I set a few PCs to do it
