I’ve been following the guides for cheaper Youtube premium. The prices are absolutely ridiculous for quality of the product.
I create a new email, connect to a VPN and add the card with a relevant address but the payment fails. I get the error code [OR_FGCR_23] “Your transaction cannot be completed. To proceed, please submit the required documents by completion this form”
The form asks me to to send Google some form of ID to enable the payment account. I assume it’s due to the VPN but I wouldn’t do this even if I were making a regular purchase.
Has anyone gotten the error and is there a workaround? What could be the issue?
