I should add that I rarely ever restart. If you don’t encounter an issue after its first occurrence/restart and you experience non-recurrence of issues 95% of the time, I would be strongly willing to bet that you restart every day or week. And you are resetting the clock for those issues to recur each time, which is likely why you don’t encounter them again. You don’t keep your computer running long enough to encounter the issue again. I could very well be wrong, but like I said, I would be willing to bet that that is the case.
