VPN for stremio

I’m using aurfahark too, on a windows 10 laptop. Used to be awesome, but for some reason the last few months have been trash. Stremio needs to be restarted every few hours or I need to disconnect and reconnect to surfshark to get it to work again

E como faço pra utilizar debrid no stremio? Eu na vdd quero pra usar o stremio com segurança, sem ter alguém vem meus “dados” ou algo assim.

Stremio supports debrid services through the Torrentio addon (or the Orion addon, but Orion requires a subscription fee for more than extremely light use, while Torrentio is free). When you configure Torrentio, there’s a section at the bottom for selecting your debrid service and entering the API key.

Ask in the r/StremioAddons sub for more info.

Not legal just secure.

Hi! I am trying to use Express VPN with Stremio but buffers constantly. What VPN do you use ?

You, right i used vpn speed going down and still torrenting .
And with debrid it comes from a server movie/series start instantly

I use it on PC. However, it does have an Android app.

what a coincidence, just bought that plan last week! it’s an amazing plan.

Same issue. Most of the time it’s not that onerous to just restart Stremio, but I’m not sure what is causing the problem. Oddly, I’m also having an issue with Edge but apparently not with Chrome.

This depends a lot on location. Some places don’t care if you download or upload (torrenting), other places only care if you are uploading (debrid only downloads). And some places criminalized both.

Caring isn’t the same as it being legal.

True, but it is effectively the same. Still, there are a few examples: Turkmenistan and San Marino don’t have copyright laws. In the US, a 2020 law essentially established individuals are not liable for private streams of unlicensed content, but distribution aka p2p and hosting is still illegal and xan be prosecuted.

You’re just arguing semantics, not caring is not the same as being legal.

Is it illegal in Turkmenistan? I’m not saying that it is explicitly legal most places, but it is not universally illegal either.

I don’t give a fuck about Turkmenistan. What are the chances the person I responded to is from there? As I said you’re arguing semantics on a year old comment.

Alright well have a good night or day wherever you are.
