Long story short, I got the 7 day trial and decided not to continue the subscription, more recently I decided I want to give PureVPN a 2nd shot and buy 1 month, I log in with my phone just fine, but my PC says my sub is expired, I also noticed my phone is using a different username than the pc client is, I contact live support and they couldn’t fix the issue but they “reported it” and I should be getting an email soon about getting the issue fixed… This was 24 hours ago and nothing has changed and I haven’t received an email…
I want to like this VPN since not many others offer port forwarding n such, but if I can’t get basic things simply to work… I don’t think I will be sticking around…

Final Edit: To summarize the exact issue im having… Simply logging in via email on windows doesn’t give me control to tell the app what Username to use for PureVPN on PC, and the windows application is auto selecting a username with an expired subscription and not my active one my phone is using.
And well, it seems that support couldn’t be bothered to help me here on reddit either… So much for trying out this VPN… 5 days of not being able to use it? What a terrible experience, and a horrible look for this company. Safe to say I won’t be looking back…

Purevpn wants you to use your web login credentials for Windows clients, but use the VPN credentials on phone. Does that help?
How about escalating my problem with Kodi 19.4, your repository not installing on Ubuntu (LatestStable). Getting ready to dump purevpn and go elsewhere.
