So, I have AdGuard but I never bought and subscribed the VPN plan, so why is there an icon near the Wi-Fi icon? I’m happy to see it but I don’t understand why is there? When I installed AdGuard and entered with my credentials I activated two icons but not the VPN. It’s just an icon without any meaning and needs to be full in order to be active or what?
It’s the DNS protection being turned on on the app. I’ve just bought the premium to use the DNS and that causes the VPN to pop
What is a DNS? And is it normal for the icon to appear even though I’ve just Adguard?

I’m not 100% sure how to explain it but if you google up Adguard DNS, you’ll find some answers.
It’s normal and you can turn it off on the app. Maybe give it a try? I assume you bought the premium also?
