Hey there, sorry to hear about these issues you’re having with running our app. There’s a newer version of our Windows app out, so I’d suggest updating to that first, you can get it by reinstalling with an installation file from Download a VPN for Windows PC and laptop - Surfshark.

If that does not help,. we’d love to look deeper into the issue personally, so reach out at [email protected] and send over some diagnostics:
Go to the application installation folder which by default it is “C:\Program Files (x86)\Surfshark”. After that, run SurfsharkDiagnostics.exe. Once the new window opens, click “Collect diagnostics” and add your email address.

Mine gets stuck loading at 95% and never works. No help from support either. I gave up, despite a paying customer, and moved elsewhere. :cry:

Have had the same problem for 6+ months only on Windows 10. Customer Support gets stuck in an endless loop of pointless emails. Loved Surfshark when it was functional but it is clearly obvious that they have an issue with Windows 10 that they are not acknowledging. I have nearly a year left on my subscription but unfortunately it’s useless. Sadly searching for a different VPN.

Hey, thanks for bringing these issues up and I’m sorry to hear that these issues made you switch to another provider. Try updating the app to the latest version and see if this still occurs.
