I’m from Canada. Get real debrid, it costs 23CAD for 6 months. You don’t need a VPN.
You absolutely do NOT need a VPN to stream it here in Canada. The most you’ll get is an email that the ISPs are forced to send, but they won’t do anything. This is coming from someone who has been using torrents for well over a decade.
Only reason to use a VPN here is for privacy.
Edit: would like to add though that real Debrid is a game changer, so I’d still 100% recommend using that. Someone posted some black Friday deal on here some months back that apparently still works. Ended up costing me around $26 for 6 months.

Yes . You can download torrent without it also. Been doing it since torrent exist.
I have used it with and without real debrid here in Canada…using Rogers internet…never got an email from them ever and have never used a VPN…real debrid will provide you a better overall stream with less buffering…I prefer real debrid links but that’s me…
Not a good idea without VPN, depends on your internet provider though. I would not recommend running it without VPN, but ideally just real debrid.
No, I wouldn’t risk it. You’re better off using it with Real Debrid anyway.
