Setting up PIA VPN on FWG as 3rd Party VPN for Port Forwarding

Has anyone tried using https://www.privateinternetaccess.com as a 3rd party VPN? Supposedly they have port forwarding over VPN so I’m trying to get that setup. If anyone has a different provider that does good port forwarding over VPN I’d be happy to hear about it.

I’m trying to get past Starlinks CG-NAT so I can run my own servers. But currently the only way I can get a routable public IP address is to run a 3rd party VPN that supports port forwarding.
