I decided to see what I could see on streaming with a vpn and saw surf shark recommended a lot. So I downloaded and decided to try the free trial. It says free for 7 days but charged me 8.75 USD immediately.
Ok it’s only like 8 dollars so my life isn’t ruined but now I think these guys are just scummy. I even went back and read all the info and didn’t see anywhere that it would charge me.

You definitely did not read all the info then, 7 day trial can be taken only with 12 month plan on apple and google play store. It sounds like u took a monthly and got charged for it

Damn I would contact support and ask for a refund. At least try to. Get to a person and they would probably refund you.
just wait till you try and cancel, and they keep turning on auto renew for you…

lol, feel good? Incorrect. I chose the 12 month, literally pretty hard to activate a free trial that doesn’t activate unless you choose the plan that gives the free trial? Is that understandable? I’ll make it easier. Because I’m a big dummy who can’t read, I assumed that the notification and the email telling me I received the free trial and had 7 days until it would charge me for the total of 12 months, was an indicator that I did in fact read and use my eyes along with my left index finger to apply pressure to the section of my display board that allowed me to select the free trial. Huh. Maybe the issue is that I didn’t read it backwards too.

then you wouldnt be charged 8 dollars if you truly chose 12 months, it costs way more
