Is it possible to install VPN on a TV(2021)?

install the VPN to your router, so your entire network is on the vpn

If it’s not working, you could get an android box and connect it to the tv via hdmi. You can install the Vpn application on the android box.
Not likely, but you can probably use openVPN and run a VPN through your router which only applies to certain IP’s, like your TV.
That doesn’t give you any ability to toggle it on and off (at least not with the remote), but it would put your TV behind a VPN.
My guess is because i dont think you can connect to a samsung tv with dex if you’re using a vpn. Been a while since i did it so can’t remember
Literally this, if you you have the basic router that you get with your provider swap it to a better one. 1º you will have more futureproof home network with new network codecs, wifi 6e, etc. 2º the basic routers are limited for a lot of things, if you get other one you can have vpn and dns on the router itself, and also there are some routers that yopu can control with your phone to manage the vpn ubication.
Edit: if you cant swap the basic router, leave it and add a second router to your network. In this case the configuration is more extensive because you gonna have 2 networks, and you have to configure one as routing end and the other one as the access point

Or if it’s just to watch a video you can use Samsung’s “Smart View” to cast your phone/tablet screen.
or, just dmz the 2nd router, and do nothing with the first
