I can't access the ExpressVPN website at all to do anything

I’m on a new computer using Microsoft Edge and trying to log in to ExpressVPN, but every time I try it gives me the Privacy Error “Your connection isn’t private” message and won’t let me in. Even if I try to access the email link on my phone with 5G, it still doesn’t let me on. What gives? I couldn’t even cancel the service now if I wanted to!

EDIT: It’s fixed. I still had ExpressVPN installed and logged in on my old computer (thank god), so I was able to contact customer service, and after changing the DNS number, it works now.

Did you contact customer service?

Did you try using Edge to download Chrome / Firefox and trying with those browsers?

Is Express VPN running & connected on your pc?

Can’t even do that. Can’t get on the ExpressVPN website at all.
