Android media stick plus the roku?
I have no idea what you just said lol. You might as well have been speaking a different language
All descriptions must be vendor-neutral. This applies to naming specific VPN providers, and any features that are specific to one provider. Most questions can be answered without knowing which provider you’re using.
This rule is enforced due to the commercial nature of most VPN providers.
I agree, I wonder how many could have helped.
I’ll look into it thanks! We have a Sony and Samsung TV and use roku…
Pyramid WiFi router is the cheapest I can find in my area. It also support OpenVpn and wireguard. So you can easily configure any of your vpn services. But I think you might require a subscription to use all of its features.
If you don’t want to spend on subscriptions , then you can choose Gl.Net router. They use Openwrt Router operating system. It can act as Vpn device for your TV.
ironically, the raspberry pi mentioned in the post above was developed and designed to be an inexpensive computer to program and play with to try and fill in the technology gap that had developed for folks starting around your age and younger where you no longer had to type in computer commands to start a program… just point and click.
Just saying, with a Google TV device you can install Android apps, including a VPN. Can’t speak to Roku as I haven’t used one in over 3 years but you’ll either need one at the router or streaming device, streaming device is usually the cheapest and easiest.
I also have a Samsung TV, did you figure out a good solution?
You should be able to natively download te vpn software and connect normally
Check the Roku App Store for whatever vpn you use
