How to use VPN to purchase from Target?

I want to buy items from Target but my orders always get cancelled. I suspect it’s because I’m not from the US. I know nothing about the web, I’m no IT, and my knowledge of vpn is superficial. I want to learn how to purchase stuff from the US without using any buying services. I tried downloading different browsers, extensions, but no luck. I’ve read about vpn, residential IPs but I really don’t know how to achieve a successful purchase through these

Any help?

They won’t deliver to you if you’re not in the US, no VPN is going to get you around that, they simply won’t accept the address.

Your only option is a package forwarding service which will have an extra charge attached.

Then they should be giving you a reason for the cancellation? What steps have you tried so far?

Are you using US bank issued credit card?

So is this a normal US residential address, I mean not some forwarding service address? If you only buy occasionally, what about asking your family/friend to buy for you, when they actually don’t mind to ship it to you?
