How to refund NordVPN without talking to chat or jumping through hoops:

  1. Log into the NordVPN website
  2. https://my.nordaccount.com/billing/billing-history?intent_rf=true
  3. Click refund in your billing history
  4. Click “Bought the wrong plan or product lacking some features”, and go to next page
  5. Click “Lacking product features”, add comment on what features is lacking, and go to next page
  6. Get your refund

Thank you for this. I have never sent all my network traffic through a VPN and realized what a huge mistake I had made a few minutes after purchasing.

Connecting a device through the app I could get 50 MB down. Using the configs available for a tplink router it was anywhere from 0-15 with them going dead constantly

Props! Signed up today, tested some sites and features and decided I didn’t like it. Tried to find a way to cancel via their website and kept going in circles. Searched Reddit and BAM! Done. Love it. :slight_smile:
