Spotify podcasts are not available in Pakistan 
Is there any way I can get listen to it? I wouldn’t mind buying the premium version but even that doesn’t have the podcast feature.
You can create a new account using a VPN of a country that has podcast feature. No need to subscribe for premium. Just use that account to listen podcasts

Found a trusted page on Instagram that sold these subscriptions. They hooked my email to a family plan in the US, hence I have podcasts and canvas. I currently have a yearly package. If you want the vendor I bought premium from you can inbox me.
Although Google Podcasts has a lot of podcasts as well.
I have a Spotify UK account so I can access Podcasts easily. The better alternative is to make an account and access it with a US VPN. Buy a gift card on Amazon or any other site and redeem it. You don’t need a vpn once you have activated your subscription.

download a USA vpn from app/play store active vpn make a account on Spotify once you’ve login your new acc on Spotify delete that vpn and you’re good

But the thing with VPN is that it chooses a random country every time, wouldn’t that lead to account suspension when Spotify notices that I am logging in from different countries?

There are plenty of VPNs that offers you a selection of countries. Search more about VPNs and you’ll find what you need.
I haven’t gotten a suspension yet. I just use the same country’s VPN (USA in my case).
I believe all his podcasts are on YouTube, unless it changed when he signed with Spotify. Plus you can actually watch the interviews.

Old ones are still there, but the new ones are only uploaded on Spotify.
He only uploads 5-10 min clips of his new podcasts on YouTube.
Btw I tried the VPN method someone shared in the comments and it worked! Yay! 
I use windscribe which gives me options for Western countries like US and Canada
