How do you download an app from another country?

I’m trying to use my vpn to download the AMC+ app on my iphone. I am in the uk and can’t figure out how to get it to show up.

connect to the the region where AMC available.

i did and it wouldn’t show up on my app store still

it says UK but is greyed out.

anyway to get around it ?

You could create a new Apple ID for the country you need, sign out of your current one, then sign in with the new one. Not 100% sure this still works but it did for me a while back. When it asked for payment method when creating the id I just selected none.
