I did a free trial and wasnt unable to connect the whole time. And they charged me 80 after canceling and are trying to say I used a third party vendor when I bought straight from the house. Worst customer service and app ever! Look at these reviews there are 2k more people same issue. Scam scam scam

Have you tried canceling or getting help for anything? Seems all the info isn’t updated and or they removed options or something. You just go in circles.
Try canceling. All the information on their site on how to cancel is non existent. They have a 30 day money back refund policy but everything seems like it’s old or has been removed. Total Scam. The only good thing is that I pay through paypal. So I filed a claim through them.
I also payed with paypal, so I can just open a case ?
