Hi I need free VPN suggestions for browsing pirated movie website that are sometimes blocked in my country. Or for accessing reddit that i have blocked for my peace of mind. So i was looking for a vpn, that I can use for these occasional light uses.
PS: I want to use reddit even though i have blocked it because sometimes the solution of my obscure questions is only available there.

Proton VPN is the best free VPN IMO. It isn’t an add-on but rather an application you install that runs below the browser level.
If you just want to browse these sites, you could use Windscribe. Ive used it for years and get 30GB/month free although it seems they offer 10GB now. But if you’re browsing these sites for P2P purposes, you’re going to need an app. I’ve used several of the well-known ones; they’re all pretty much the same in my experience, so go for the cheapest.

ProtonVPN has had a free plan for a while, it just didn’t support the browser extension. It is free forever, but you are limited to a few servers and cannot choose which it connects to. Speed is also limited compared to the paid plans.
ProtonVPN is free with limited exit points, USA, Netherlands, and Japan. Zillions more if you pay. Not an add-on, but a separate program.
