Free, unlimited vpns?

i need a vpn for windows. i dont care about the lack of privacy or adds being in it, i just need something that works so i can go to yt, and whatsapp/insta. i also need it to be free, i cant afford even a penny.

keep in my that im desperate right now so feel free to suggest even browser vpns if they work. my protonvpn stopped working suddenly. tor also dosent do it since my internet is very slow.
