I’ve been at UF for 6 years and I know they offer so many resources to students that most of us don’t know about.
I remember there’s a site or some type of program UF has to learn some skills on your own but honestly I don’t remember lmao

Free indie and classic movies at Kanopy with your Gatorlink and VPN if off campus
Free New York Times subscription
Too tired to list off more at the moment but those are the top 3 I can think of that have been used a lot.
The career connection center has a free closet full of business professional clothing for students that you can KEEP. They also have free headshots and help with resumes.
Student Legal help in the Reitz is very useful if you even think you can benefit in the slightest! They also have a notary!

You can also get a free Wall Street Journal subscription! Along with NYT.
Coursera will allow you to obtain some certificates for free using your UF login.
The Involvement Team meets with students one-on-one to talk about the student’s interests and will compose a list of organizations on campus that the student may be interested in joining.
Office hours are held Monday-Friday usually 10am-4pm and students can walk-in or schedule an appointment for an Individual Involvement Consultation (IIC) to meet with a member and talk about the kinds of things they want to get involved with in campus.
Meeting with the Involvement Team is a great way to find, join, and connect with your own community at UF!
