Can someone who’s experienced in tech guide me on how can I download a VPN ? Knowing of course that my ISP provider throttles my service on any VPN website, is there anyway around it ?

Everybody I met always complains about free VPNs, and it’s easy to see why. Not only are they a super shitty experience, but they also are not safe (it’s safer to browse without VPN than use them). I assume you just want to change country though.
I say use a paid VPN, Surfshark is the best value for money option. It allows infinite devices, and has many Arabic countries if you need those. Very easy to install and use on any device.
