Does using a vpn mess with Instacart?

This might be a stupid question so please keep in mind that I’m aware but using a vpn shouldn’t mess with my using instacart correct? I don’t really use them that often but have toyed with using a reliable vpn on my iPhone. With my limited knowledge on them it wouldn’t affect instacart but I just want to make sure. So if anyone is more savvy in this subject that would be great

Curious as well. I use vpn when I switch to a stores wi fi and no problems but haven’t kept it on after I leave a store.

Instacart probably doesn’t like VPN’s out of fear or GPS spoofing, wouldn’t be surprised if they ban shoppers for this

I had to turn mine off (I guess it came on my phone settings when I got it). About a month after I started using Doordash, it started pausing my dash every 3 minutes and I wasn’t receiving orders, saw on the doordash sub to try turning it off and it worked. I was not seeing any issues with Instacart or UberEats though, so I am not sure if it affects it.

Had my account locked 3 times after my card was charged when I used vpn. After 3rd locked it asks to send their team government ID which I’m not doing. Ended up making a new account using my phone number with vpn off and the order went through

The ability to stay in bed while gps spoofing your location next to a Costco is why instacart would be against it. Especially now when they want the shopper to be right next to the store to accept and start orders to stay on time.
