1.Chatgpt doesn’t work with it.
2.Netflix neither.
Would change servers help?
(I already tried about 30 different servers…)

Shadowsocks is outdated and old. Try xtls reality and route outbounds through a residential proxy

All the big hosting providers know the ASN and IPs of all the commercial VPN providers. They are constantly monitored by commercial security services and the database is provided as a subscription to anyone willing to pay.
Whether or not the content provider decides to block some of these vpns is entirely based on their policy.
