So yeah, I learned that there are different regions with different draw prices, some are very cheap which is absolutely disgusting for those who have normal to high cost range for each draw. So my question is, can VPN work my way to cheaper prices or jail?

No you can’t do that. And using a vpn could result in you getting a ban. Plus the reason other regions have cheaper prices are because of regional pricing differences. Like a dollar where you are can be the equivalent to 5 dollars where someone else is. The different pricing accounts for all of this to make things more equal in the end.
Nope but many players are using India vpn for creating an account, an Indian account which is really cheap comparing to other regions. Like a full lucky draw costs a bit less than 5k cp. & once the account is created, to play, no need to vpn anymore. Only for creating the account.
