I’m a newbie on this app, and i’ve got the “unusable network” message. How can I fix it, since I’m not cheating in any way, but desperatly trying to earn back what I pay from my home wifi ?

Tu as trouvé une solution du coup ? Il faut simplement appeler sont opérateur et leur demander de changer l’IP ? Ou je peux le faire moi même ?

You are only allowed to have 2 devices per IP address.
It usually fix itself so don’t worry
Usually you get that message when you are using data center ips that vpn services provide and since HG only work with residential ips (the one that you home isp provider gives you) it won’t work with vpn ips.
Same issue with Russian ISP “Zelenaya tochka” without any VPN. But I noticed that only IP2Location.com website identifies my IP as “DCH”. For example, 2ip.ru or Whoer doesn’t.
Oui : j’ai demandé une ip fixe à free ! Ca dépend de ton opérateur en gros.
Attention, après ton ip est flashée comme robot, et tu dois faire du captcha souvent
I don’t even have one. They say something in the faq about my ip being of the wrong kind
The problem is I just have what my isp gave me, I’m in no way techsmart enough 
I did, the answer wasn’t in it. I fixed it by asking my ISP another IP (“fullstack”) !

Je verrai ça avec Free, puis bon, les captchas sont déjà relativement présents, je ne vais pas me plaindre pour 4 ou 5 de plus

Pas faux, mais certains topics nous avertissent toutefois de soucis liés à l’activité de notre IP, je ne suis pas expert donc je peux pas te dire lesquels sans risquer de déformer, mais le ton n’avait pas l’air rassurant ! ^^’

beg to differ all you want, it doesn’t list a fix, it just says unsupported. that’s not a fix.
