So I work remote and found out my work geo tracks my location for clocking in and out. I moved to the city they are based out of but I want to keep remote working and not tell them. Will a VPN mask my location from them? I use rippling for time cards but we use Google for everything else if that means anything
No. Lots of software can go right down the vpn and give away your public IP.
Nope. If you’re just now learning that they geolocate, you’re not prepared for this kind of stealthy op.
