Whitelisting domain and IP ranges

Hey all,

I’m trying to ensure that I still have access to the VOIP software that my company uses while using a VPN. I spoke with Five9 customer support (the software in question), and they sent me a long list of domain and IP ranges that would need to be whitelisted. I’ve never used a VPN before, nor do I even know what these terms mean, so maybe this is obvious, but does anyone know how one would do this? I guess I’m not supposed to name the VPN provider I’m using, but if anyone has specific instructions for a specific one, I can switch to that; there’s no particular reason I’m using the one I chose.

Thank you!

This is an issue for your IT team to manage

When you’re doing with a company for work, I would consider a private VPN or residential proxy server honestly as they can tell you are know all well know public addresses from cloud servers
