Position 1: service desk for government entity 2.5 years

Position 2: customer service engineer for MSP. Basically still help desk. Client dedicated agent for 80% of the time. .5 years

Syd admin or net admin. Are you currently at position two? If so, I’d try to complete one year, otherwise recruiters might see it as a red flag
