Someone hacked into my account and changed my MFA method so I have no way of getting back in. I spoke to customer support and they said they could only help me if I provide the exact date and card that was used for the subscription, only thing is I can’t find it anywhere on my statements.
I had to do it recently because I have a new email address. It might depend on your country or method of payment though. I did it with my normal bank account and it said “NordVPN s.a. Amsterdam”
That’s really frustrating! Have you tried looking at the transactions in your online banking? It should show the name of the charge if it was done through your bank account.
