What is the best free/modded VPN out there

After using the Express VPN mod for a long time it has finally stopped working.

Im looking for an alternative that is of similar quality. I don’t need ultra fast speeds, (all I need is around 15-20mbps). Just something reliable that won’t lose connection mid way through streaming a movie for example.

imho - Psiphon modded and VPNhub modded - the best.

Have you tried the mod version of Force VPN? its a free vpn that is modded as premium service
