I turn on my VPN every time before I Open for example my ebay App.
I turn off my vpn after I closed ebay.
Does ebay still safe any information of my ip after I closed the app.
Do Apps safe any information in the background, like ips, even though theyre completely closed?
Apps can run in the background and make requests to the server. So if you aren’t using your VPN then yes, they will know your IP address.
Think of Gmail for example, it keeps syncing in the background to check for emails.
Apps also use analytics and the items that it needs to sync are usually grouped together to save battery, and send a couple of times a day. But that means you don’t know when the request is made.
Desktop apps can also contact their server to check for updates.
And there are many more things an app can do in the background.
App can store your IP address. Many apps log your last known IP address for security or analytics, so even if you close the app, data gathered during your session may still be stored on their servers.

If you have no particular reason to turn a VPN off, you can just leave it on.
If you only want to use your VPN for certain apps, you should check if your VPN supports split tunneling. This allows you to select which apps run through your VPN and which ones don’t.

A killswitch feature depends on your VPN and OS. I don’t know what you’re using so I can’t help. You should look this up for the VPN you’re using.
As the person above said, information gets stored on their servers. If you used the app through a VPN then any identifying information you provided to them will have been accessible to them - obviously your IP address won’t be though. Your IP could still be logged on the VPN server depending which one you use though. When you delete the app it won’t be able to send any information in the background.
If you’re that paranoid about whatever activity this was then you should just use Tor - although I don’t know if eBay allows Tor logins
wrong, deleting the app does not delete spying that ebay did on you to be stored on their servers

Yeah I know that theyll safe all the information but does it stop with me deleting the App? They wont continue saving my informations if the App is deleted, right?
wrong, they don’t delete you personal info for a very long time, especially since they can sell and resell your info that they grabbed from you
I guess u misunderstood Cut my english aint that good. My question is if ebay is able to save new information about me AFTER I deleted the App. I know that they wont delete the information they saved till that Point. But are they able to save new information if the app isnt even installed on my Phone anymore?
how would they get new information from you if you dont log in or install their app???
if you dont do either thing, then there is no way they can get NEW info
