Web Reg not working

anyone else still having probnlems with web reg? all it keeps saying for me everytime i try to log in is “Sorry, your student record is currently in use. Please logout and try again later.” but Ive cleared my cookies, history and waited before trying to re-log in, nothing is working. Ive been at it since basically noon as soon as the major restrictions lifted. I never even got to add anything before it kicked me off for too many users, now it displays the same error above basically for the past 2 and a half hours. I really need to add classes to declare a major before it gets full

Same for over three hours, first it tells me that webrege is full, then it’s all your record is in use. I literally just logged in. I think it’s just trying to make people leave😅

It’s busy but has been back up for a while. If you haven’t already, I’d try quitting your VPN connection and starting over. And changing browsers.

Try using an incognito browser if you haven’t already! That usually worked for me when I was having a Webreg issue

If it says ur record is in use, always make sure you logout of your account before exiting. This happened to me once and I wasn’t able to get my writing class because I had to wait 15 minutes :pensive_face:

Thank you for the advice! :saluting_face:However I did all of that and closed the tabs and even tried on my phone, I’ve made sure I wasn’t logged in and it still says my record is in use​:downcast_face_with_sweat:
