Recently my letsvpn account was suspended. When I contacted support they claimed that an AI system had detected abnormal behavior and therefore my account and devices have now been banned. Customer support says there is no way to unban your account, and all devices that have previously used your account will be permanently locked into suspension. Additionally they refused to provide a refund.
So while it works for a time being, it might randomly stop and leave with your money.
of course they used bloody AI.

pay cheap. get cheap. best you dispute* the charge with your cc. burn the bridge.

If we agree with this fraudulent tactic of LetVPN, we are participating in a conspiracy to launder money. wouldn’t recommend LetsVPN since its China based. Not that I would search anything damning, but I still don’t trust having a VPN made in China.
I recommend checking out Mullvad VPN. just 5 USD a month. It works well… not super fast compared to Astrill but still super decent

I used EF Cloud for a while, I paid for a reset on my data, and it didn’t get reset.
I sent over proof of purchase and the money being sent and they just closed the ticket, bare in mind it was 20rmb so i just accepted the loss.
The cunts wanted for me to repurchase the sub for the month before blocking my account.
What qualifies as abnormal behavior…? Isn’t abnormal behavior the reason we purchase their service?

I had problems with them when I got banned this year on March when I came back. Used it normally as usual until I couldn’t have a stable connection. Confronted the customer service and lo and behold, I received the same answer as you did. But they did told me I can get a refund but it was just a couple bucks. Petty me, didn’t get the refund, was pissed because it was solid besides using Mullad or Windscribe which was wayyy out of my budget. My friend recommended another service which is vpn.ac . What he told me is that it’s pretty reliable and hopefully doesn’t do backhanded stuff like Letsvpn does
Been using pandabuy and it’s working fine so far. I think it’s Europe based so might be safer according to some comments above. Also reasonable price.

Hit 'em with a chargeback. Chargebacks can be a killer for vendors. Usually costs them a $20 - 50 fine, but more more importantly can put their CC merchant account in the category of high-risk payments (pharmaceuticals, porn).
Don’t know working well for me sometimes it doesn’t connect I restart and it’s fine!

Express VPN has pretty good customer service, unfortunately, they are killed in China.

I had this happen to me as well, but they did provide a refund when I contacted support.
Same issue happened to me on my account (android) used it for like 3 days before I got banned. They only refund me 50% of the value.
I used ExpressVPN back in March, works smoothly albeit a little slow.
I got LetsVPN as a backup, haven’t used it at all since Mullvad has been working perfectly across Qingdao in Shandong, Jinzhou in Liaoning, Xi’an in Shaanxi, and I’m typing this in Shanghai right now
