VPS provider recommendations for self hosting a VPN service

hello
im trying to self host a VPN service for me and my friend since i live in a country which has blocked a lot of websites and applications(youtube, telegram, whatsapp, instagram, and even reddit)
but since its my first project i want it to be fancy and stuff and i want to add a lot of locations like a corporate level VPN service

im currently using hetzner and ionos which offer cheap VPS with 20TB+ traffic on 200Mbps+ uplink

looking for similar websites with a high amount of traffic per month and equal or more than 200Mbps uplink but with more datacenters across the globe

like ultahost for example (more datacenters and locations the better) but under $5

i dont care about the specs and all i just need a lot of traffic per month

then it goes to my real VPS. Oracle (free, cant torrent, 1 TB), Scaleway stardust ($1, EU) or racknerd ($1, US) are my go to. aeza net swe promo ($1.5) is not bad too if you need P2P

I need to scan clean CF ip once every few months

Dont buy 1 beefy server. Select 2-3 locations and get $1-3 cheap ones I listed

You will also need domain. 6-9 digits (nice) . xyz are $1 / year @ namesilo

Try some VPS trial if someone provide with minimal cpu and ram, There are few providers who at times provide 1 year Free VPS and even Oracle which has generous free tier with 10 TB transfer. VPN would use only data transfer not much of CPU/RAM so might be good for you if you get some sort of deals. Keep checking New year/Christmas sale .

When making recommendations or suggestions for hosting providers, you must disclose any connections you have to the hosting company in question. Astroturfing is not allowed and is often easy for users to see through anyway.

i have tried finding some free trials but i cant use most of them since i live in Iran and they do not accept Iranian documents

They are solid for me. I only host tiny services, but never had an issue of downtime or anything else.
