Hi all,
I would like to create a new account, as I’ll leave the current one to my mother who lives in another country (always paid with Turkish gift cards, no problems so far).
I have PIA VPN but it no longer seems to have servers in Turkey.
Is there a VPN with servers in Turkey, please?
I just need to use it for the initial subscription, then I’ll wait for the first month to end the geo-location locks, and start using it from my own country.
I hope the above plan is feasible. Thanks.
NordVpn has servers in turkiye
Avast VPN and Cactus VPN one of them should work. Avast has a 90 day trail but I think I struggled with that one, cactus seemed good though
ProtonVPN has servers in Turkey
Sadly the Turkey servers are locked behind a paywall now. I’m posting this for those who may visit this page in the future.
It seems to do the trick, but I was unable to buy a gift card when using it, so I logged out, purchased a gift card, and when I receive the code I’ll try again to create a new account with Netflix. Thanks for now!
Thanks. I had installed ProtonVPN, but the free version does not allow you to pick a server in a Country of your choice. I didn’t want to go premium, as I already have PIA and in case I would have probably gone for Norton, just to be on the safe side.
Also, Proton rubbed me the wrong way as they automatically installed “Proton Drive” on my laptop, with some sneaky prompts to do stuff on my hard drive which I didn’t want, so I ended up uninstalling all their “suite”.
Surfshark is NordVPN now, right ?
I received the code for the gift card, then after deleting my cookies in Chrome I created a new Netflix account with the VPN active in Turkey, it worked (I just skipped the Turkish phone number step, it proceeded with a blank one).
Now should I wait for a month before I can use that profile without a VPN?
Thanks.
I use it right away. But I’m in Romania.
