VPN Safety Dot has now moved on to become a subscription service, and I’m seeking other ways to identify that my VPN is active while I’m using other apps on Google TV.
I’m hoping someone knows of an alternative or better yet a killswitch app that will cut me off if my VPN isn’t on.

Except for Proton VPN, if your aren’t paying for a VPN product then it’s likely you are the prduct. You can try Proton VPN, but their streaming level service (faster speeds, more servers, and better streaming provider compatibility) requires a subscription. The free level is very basic with few options or servers.
I have a subscription and feel it’s worth it. I switched from Surfshark that was having lots of issues with streaming services.

If you want to freeload on a VPN service be prepared to be the product they’re selling. Then your VPN service would be open for other companies that buys your information like a 7-11 open whore. The VPN service is therefore redundant and you’ve failed being a begger loser that you are.
