VPN Problem; OCE player stuck in Singapore server

I live in OCE but I played wild rift before it was released in here using a VPN (Singapore Location).

Now, I think my account is stuck there. My ping is always yellow (but it’s always like that eversince I played for the first time), My matchmaking is taking too long unless, I queued up with my friends and I can’t have any Australian players to play with.

Are there any ways to fix this?

edit:

  • reinstalled my game but it’s still having problems
  • created an OCE smurf acc, I can queue up properly

Can you still use VPN to play on the SEA server?

but is it true that they’re going to reset all the progress of the beta accounts as well as the rank next year on season 1? (cause it’s season 0 right now right)

There isnt. Make a new account.

Back then, I can. But because wild rift is in AUS rn, I’m not using VPNs anymore and think my acc got stuck there.

I had the same issue and I started a new account. 30 ping is way better than 300.

You highly doubt they’ll offer a server transfer? Okay.

altho, I only got 150 ping more or less

For a price, I bet they’ll offer it. Not for free, that’s for sure.
