VPN for Windows Built-In Client

I need to create a VPN infrastructure service but the problem is that I will be able only to connect by the Windows Built-in VPN functionality (as I do not have admin rights to install a client)

I was trying VPN SoftEther as it uses L2TP, but is not working and I don’t see tutorials on how to do this, everyone uses the dedicated client software.

Any recommendations?

Since it’s already installed, you could give SoftEther SSTP a try. Windows supports SSTP since Vista.

SSTP is usually not the best (aside from GFOC/ISP detection), but it definitely still works.

Yes but as far as I know, to perform the connection you need to import the certificates which require admin rights…
