Smart DNS might be a better shout if you can get that to work. The problem with using VPN is that you’ll be streaming it from the UK, routing through the VPN so you’re quite likely to get a lower bitrate stream or experience buffering. I’ve tried using a VPN to access US Netflix content before and it was a bit hit or miss whether I could get it to work well in HD/UHD, and just finding a VPN service they haven’t blocked can be challenging.
By Pirating it. Find an illegal stream. I’ve seen them on daily motion before.
You can get anything for free. I see netflix content online all the time for free.

First time this year smackdown went to the USA network they had the episode on the daily motion. But they don’t always have it.
What he is saying is in other countries the shows never go to commercial break. They see all the matches, all the entrances. There are multiple interviews that happen that US netflix users don’t get to see because of the ads. Some entrances happen during US ad breaks etc.
