I am living on campus. I connected to the UCSD VPN and the wifi is working great for me. Here is how to connect to it: https://blink.ucsd.edu/technology/network/connections/off-campus/VPN/

Interesting, that is a strange solution but as many of the issues currently seem to be routing related I could see why that may work. We are planning on doing an emergency change tomorrow morning which will hopefully improve the situation.
In the meantime, I would be curious if others report similar improvements using the VPN. Are you using split or allthruucsd?
Also, for future readers, if the download link for the VPN client isn’t working try going to https://vpn-2.ucsd.edu and log in there to 2stepsecured-allthruucsd. This should download the client.

Can you try the “go to https://vpn-2.ucsd.edu and log in using 2stepsecured-allthruucsd” method I mentioned in my original comment and let me know if that works? It should let you download the client from there. Remember to approve the Duo push when logging in.
I am on Mac OS. It seemed to working after waiting awhile however.
Ended up using the microsoft store app for cisco anyconnect which worked. I used allthruucsd. Got about 27mbps from about 100mbps which ain’t too bad. At least I got to play some rocket league loll.

Ay that’s good to hear! I wish I was good at Rocket League lol. Also, the issues should all be resolved now.
