What are some steps or tools to troubleshooting a Cisco corporate environment VPN? I have access to Cisco DNA, SolarWinds and ISE. I just started this job as a network admin and seems to me that users are complaining about file transfers being slower than normal for a variety of applications within the past few months. I read about different versions of Cisco AnyConnect causing issues and updated a user to have the most current recommended version with no success. We currently aren’t configured for split-tunneling. This is scheduled to be configured in the future. It seems we are getting a high amount of dropped packets but I am really trying to find a tool to find out what limiting the VPN connection/speed.
