I recently installed AdGuard home on my Home assistant setup to manage dns and block ads.
Currently I have my dns setup on the router level as I want to manage this on all devices.
Now I want to add a vpn to my setup as well, and planning to use the included AdGuard dns personal instead of my local.
I want to configure the vpn on router level.
My question is this, as I can’t seem to find any information on this:
Will all devices benefit from the AdGuard dns personal without any device specific setup?
I don’t want to install any AdGuard apps directly on each device for this to work, but need each device connected to my router to automatically benefit from both the vpn and the AdGuard dns personal
The easy way is of cause just to test this, but my current router doesn’t support IPsec client so I need to buy a new router just to test the setup, hence the question
