Hi all,
when we connect to our VPN with pulse secure in our organization, the connection disconnects after several minutes. This happened after an update to the pulse secure server from 9.0.4 to 9.1.3.
The disconnection happens to several users in our organization.
For some of them removing the old network connect helped but for the most of them, the problem persists.
Even with the latest client (9.1.4.1955) we still get this issue.
Please assist if you know something.

I would reach out to Pulse Support and have them check your config over. Its a tough thing to troubleshoot because the home users internet connection also plays a big part. If they have kids home from school watching Netflix and playing on Xbox Live it will likely degrade the VPN connection.
Do you see anything suspicious in users logs?
You can also enable detailed logging and collect logs in Pulse Client.
For the last two days, I was working on an issue where VPN response was very slow, and some session were dropped or people couldn’t even connect.
I found out that this is caused by an issue described in KB44410.
Have a look if that may apply to your case.
