Since last summer, their VPN Pro service has been inoperational in the US, China and Southeast Asia. Sent three emails regarding their service and to cancel, no response from support. Also, “the number you have dialed is not in service.” Then they charged the $60/year subscription fee. Only way to cancel is to contact them.
You can see how this cycle doesn’t work. A strong avoid.
