Netflix suddenly detects my vpn (HMA!), it was working fine a couple hours ago

I m in France trying to use the U.S netflix and it s detecting my vpn now. Anything i can do to fix this ? Using on ipad btw

Netflix glitches out for me every once in a while and I restart first my vpn and then also the Netflix app. After that it usually works for me. You could also try holding the home and power button until the iPad restarts, that is my go to for fixing weird problems for all iOS devices.

I dunno dude, I use nordvpn on my laptop and restarting everything and changing my server location usually fixes the issue (god bless SSD’s cuz I don’t have to wait an eternity). Maybe the same will work with hma too, not sure how it works. I know it’s ridiculous but modern problems require modern solutions

It’s normal, Netflix adds a bunch of known vpns to their list, providers scramble and work some magic and eventually you get access back. Usually seems to happen near big releases and deals. Try some different servers or wait a week or so.

Mmm, I’d say contact their support, they’ll know if any of their servers currently work with Netflix. If some do, connect to those instead and force close the Netflix app before using it again.

As it was the first time i got this message from Netflix (vpn/proxy detected blablabla) i thought they maybe upgraded their shit, i ll try your solution, a good old full reboot could always help

I got Nord about a month ago. I can use with Netflix on my laptop, but not on my firestick. It’s annoying me not being able to watch Brooklyn 99 on Netflix vs Hulu with commercials.
