My Experience with SurfShark VPN Service - Is It Worth It?

I’ve been using SurfShark VPN for the past 6 months and I wanted to share my thoughts. Overall, I’m satisfied with the VPN service.

Pros:

Unlimited devices: Connect an unlimited number of devices simultaneously.

Global server network: Access servers in over 100 countries.

CleanWeb: Block ads, trackers, and malware.

Cons:

Occasional speed drops: Sometimes, the connection speed can drop significantly, which can be frustrating during streaming or downloading large files.

No dedicated IP option: SurfShark currently does not offer a dedicated IP option, which might be a dealbreaker for those who need a static IP for certain online activities.

Inconsistent customer support: While generally helpful, the customer support response times can be slow, especially during peak hours.

Would I recommend it?

Yes. Despite a few drawbacks, SurfShark VPN offers good value for money with its affordable pricing, security features, and the ability to connect unlimited devices. It’s great for families or individuals with multiple devices who need reliable VPN coverage without breaking the bank.

It’s good but I would still say NordVPN is better.

Surfshark was acquired by Nord, I’d definitely go with the latter. It’s so much more reliable.

Surfshark doesn’t have port-forwarding, neither does Nord. So no, they’re not worth it.

Good points. Surfshark’s lack of a dedicated IP is a downside. It’s decent for casual use, but Nordvpn offers better speed and reliability.
