Contact your ISP, some of them need to manually enable ports on your account to allow for VPN access

Need to allow VPN settings… delete, re install, log in and allow them settings

This has been happening to me too. It works everytime I uninstall and do a fresh install and then stops working the second time. I’m not sure how to solve this issue
