It won’t work by itself and you won’t be able to get your address verified so won’t be able to get your winnings
You could try, but some apps use GPS location on mobile apps, just to be able to add money to your wallet so you can gamble. That happened to me using Jackpocket.
Maybe using a PC could help.

That might work. Is your bank account/card linked to that address at all? I have used a VPN to place bets while in the US, but my account/bank are in Ireland, so it’s a different situation.
I don’t know how it works in the US, but in a lot of countries, bets are “gentleman’s agreements” and not legally binding. A bookie can basically decide not to pay out on something if they think there’s something dodgy going on, even if they can’t prove it. Naturally, they don’t overuse this because it’s terrible PR, but in a situation like yours if they suspected anything and withheld the money, I don’t think you’d have any recourse.
