How to fix a "fetching content from a server" problem?

I can’t login to udemy, I can’t really do anything.

This is the error:

“The was a problem fetching content from our server. Please reload this page to fix this problem.
This error may be the result of a bad network connection.”

I tried deleting cookies, but it didn’t work.

Everything works fine in a private window or on a different, newly downloaded browser.

I have the same issue

Did you try logging out and back in? Clearing cache?

For me it was “Urban VPN” extension, that was messing around with the site. I uninstalled it and it works again

Please help me. I’m facing the same problem on my Apple iPad since last 7 days . I used to run udemy course on my iPad and practice simultaneously on my laptop but for last 7 days I’m unable to do so.
Please help me as to what is the solution to this error

Solution that worked for me: Uninstalling a browser extension called “I don’t care about cookies”.

I am logged out and I did clear cache.

Thanks for that!
I knew it was one of the extensions but couldn’t be bothered uninstalling each one to find the culprit lol

that was it thanks so much

this fucking extension always creates unseen issues

Perfect! Worked for me too! Thank you!

The extension was the cause of that issue !
Thanks

Hey! Thanks! it worked for me too!

tnx man same prob goes around me

thanks for your help, it worked for me .

Thanks for this. Just tried it now and it worked.

Check if you have any browser extension installed.
Try to uninstall vpn extension or cookies related extension if you have it.

On the iPad the browser is SAFARI.
i haven’t installed any extension or VPN extension . Like I said this problem is coming since last 7 days . Before that I was using for more than 1 year and never faced any issues.

I can’t upload the screenshot of the SAFARI Browser contents here as there is no provision to attach file

iPad is also not allowing me to uninstall the SAFARI BROWSER.

I Installed Opera browser but facing the same issue on that also… Please help

Hey there,

I am facing the same issue on Safari.
Were you able to solve it?

I don’t use any Apple products, I can’t help you.
I fixed my problem by uninstalling extensions from Microsoft Edge.
